Location: the hotel was not far from city center at Olaya and restaurant. We went out for dinner, found Flamingo Restaurant, it was at a moderate distance from the property.

Its rooms are large with comfortable beds. The hotel provides a good service.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its good location and amiable staff. Location: the property was not far from center of the city. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Azkadenya Ksa that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Comfortable and spacious room with a separate bathroom section. The kitchen facilities were a bonus for cooking meals. The hotel's city center location made it convenient for exploring. The hospitability of the staff was excellent, and they provided all necessary bathroom amenities. I would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

We had major problem with the payments to the hotel. They did not accept cc payments, they insisted on payments in cash. The guests were expelled from the rooms and treated very bad. At the end the hotel charged more that was agreed.

Near to City Centre and interesting places in the city.

The included breakfast is too simple and the free internet wireless is very slow.

Limited space in the bedroom may be a concern for some guests.

Nothing was to my satisfaction ,quality of linens were very bad, bathrooms leaky and not clean and no specified shower areas, air-conditioning not working , it is more likely you feel that you are in a labour camp. I do not recommend any body to stay in this hotel

Almost everything else, very old building, room and furniture. Yellowish bedsheets, a/c units noisy, just one towel in the bathroom and dwas not changed ,disgusting breakfast, very slow checkout process took almost half an hour. Do not be fooled with the photos !!

Our stay was an awesome experience. The hotel was excellent, with excellent location in the middle of jackson. We enjoyed nice room with climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. The staff was courteous and nice, offered good services.

Our stay at this hotel was functional and reasonably priced. We appreciated the spacious room and the kitchen facilities, as we were able to cook our own meals. We also enjoyed the complimentary shaving set, dental kit, and shampoo provided. The hotel was conveniently located near many amenities, including an ATM, a mall, and the city center.

We found the breakfast to be limited and the basic items, such as butter and cold milk, were not readily available. We also noticed that the bedrooms were outdated, with old carpets and furnishings.
